In this talk, an experienced lawyer from BHLF Avocats firm, Me Charlotte Bourget-Rousseau, who is also to be an agronomist, will present the global legal framework governing farming activities. There will also be a 30-minute question period.
The talk will provide a forum for a number of discussions about legal matters that apply specifically to you and your farm business management.

Me Charlotte Bourget-Rousseau joined BHLF Avocats in 2017. A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2013, Me Bourget-Rousseau primarily practices law in the areas of land-use planning, the environment, as well as farmland and farming activity protection. She holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural and environmental sciences from McGill University and is a member of the Ordre des Agronomes du Québec. Me Bourget-Rousseau’s academic and agronomic training has given her solid experience in the field, which makes her able to consider the conditions of the farmers she advises and ensure they are properly defended within courts and administrative bodies.
